Q: How does a university employee receive access to the affiliate request site?

There are two ways for university personnel to obtain access to the site:

    1. The department manager/supervisor can send an email request listing the name and UTAD username of the individual in the department that needs to have the access to process affiliate accounts.
    2. The department manager/supervisor can place a listing the name of the person in their department that needs access to the site so they can process affiliate accounts.

Please note:Ìý There is a limit of two people per department whoÌýare permitted access to submit affiliate requests.

Q: What happens when the affiliates Rocket Number and/or a UTAD Account has been created?

The requestor will receive an email with affiliates Rocket Number along with instructions that should be communicated to the affiliate.

It is the responsibility of the requestor to notify the affiliate and help set-up or update their MyUT Account.ÌýÌýOnce the MyUT account has been updated, the affiliate will have the ability to secure a UT Identification card and apply for parking.Ìý If the affiliate needs further help setting up their account, they can contact the help desk at 419-530-2400.

Please note:Ìý Access to some systems might require the requestor to work with other departments.

Q: How do I view all the affiliates I manage?

To view all the affiliates you manage you can login to Ìý There you will see the affiliates that will be expiring soon and all the accounts you manage.

Q: What should I do if an affiliate is no longer with the university?

If an affiliate is no longer associated with the university, the manager of the account can login in to to end their access.

Q: How does an affiliate secure their parking permit?

Once a Rocket Number, UTAD Username, and Password have been established, the affiliate can visit parking servicesÌýto apply for a parking permit.ÌýÌýThe process for applying for an affiliate parking permit is the same as applying for a student or an employee.
