Counseling
Sessions are strictly confidential and can assist with both personal and work-related issues. Counseling can be provided via telephone, video, chat or in-person at a location convenient for you near home or work.鈥� 鈥婥补濒濒 800-227-6007 any time, any day for unlimited in-the-moment phone consultation with a licensed mental health professional.
AllOne Health听is a free, confidential benefit to help employees, their household members, dependents in and away from home, and parents and parents-in-law balance work and personal issues. No issue is too small or too large to call the EAP!鈥� The service includes Live, Immediate Assistance.鈥�
With the 淫妻社 EAP, you or your family members are eligible for up to five confidential counseling sessions, per issue, per 12 months, at no cost to you. You can schedule an appointment for in-person, video, or phone- based counseling. You can choose counselors through a network of counselors with our partner, AllOne Health. If more than the initial five EAP counseling sessions are needed, you may work with your health insurance provider to confirm what coverage benefits are offered.
Financial & Legal Assistance
Build financial wellness related to budgeting, buying a home, paying off debt, resolving general tax questions, preventing identity theft, and saving for retirement or tuition. Receive referrals for personal legal matters including estate planning, wills, real estate, bankruptcy, divorce, custody, and more

Life Coaching
Life Coaching helps employees and their household members meet their personal and professional goals. A Life Coach works actively to help individuals assess their current situation, develop goals and action steps to meet their stated expectations. A coach is an accountability partner and helps individuals overcome obstacles to achieving their goals. 鈥� 鈥�

You and your family members have access to an advocate who can answer questions regarding specific treatment options, and address questions related to insurance matters.
