How to Order Transcripts

Before ordering an official transcript, it’s a good idea to review your unofficial transcript and to make sure you your final grades have been posted and any pending degrees have been conferred.Ìý
To view and print your unofficial transcript:

Are you a previous ÒùÆÞÉç student?
Order transcripts online directly through Parchment®. You will be required to sign electronically to authenticate your request.
- Automated email and text messaging of order status
- FedEx delivery offered for an additional fee
- Check online (you’ll need your order number)

Transcript policies
- Transcripts cannot be ordered by email.
- Transcripts cannot be faxed.
- Students can view transcript holds in Ìý> Student Profile > View holds. Students should reach out to the office listed to determine if the transcript can be released and for more information on how to resolve the hold.
- You cannot request partial transcripts. Official transcripts include all coursework taken at ÒùÆÞÉç.
- ÒùÆÞÉç can only send transcripts of coursework taken at The University of Toledo. Transcripts from other universities cannot be released.
Transcript Request for Employment
A state institution of higher education, as defined in section of the Revised Code, shall not withhold a student's official transcripts from an employer because the students owes money to the institution, provided the student has authorized the transcripts to be sent to the employer and the employer affirms to the institution that the transcripts are a prerequisite of employment.
